Tagarela
A unified communication platform that empowers businesses to centralize high-volume customer support from multiple channels into a single, efficient workflow. Hey scattered notifications, meet organized conversation, and get total control over your customer service in real-time.
Challenge
Tagarela is a SaaS platform designed to solve a critical challenge for growing businesses: the fragmentation of customer communication across disconnected apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Messenger. The goal was to transform this chaotic, multi-screen struggle into a centralized, omni-channel experience, ensuring no message is lost and every interaction, regardless of the source, is trackable and manageable in one place.
Approach
My role was to design the complete user experience for the Tagarela platform, ensuring seamless consistency across both Web and Responsive Web environments. This involved structuring the core "Unified Inbox" architecture, allowing agents to identify sources, transfer chats, and manage context (tags, notes, and multimedia) instantly. The main focus was designing the visual "Flow Builder," a drag-and-drop automation tool that simplifies complex bot interactions, alongside a comprehensive Agent Dashboard optimized for high-speed response and team collaboration.
